Will the neighborhood we live in today look the same in 10 years?

The Yangcheon District Neighborhood Record Project, "Our YANGCHEON,"

brings together people who live in or have connections to

Seoul's Yangcheon District to document the appearance of their

beloved neighborhood in their own unique ways.

In a time when many things are disappearing

as much as new things are emerging due to events like gentrification and redevelopment,

we have gathered to leave memories of our neighborhood before it disappears.

Eight individuals – Hanol, Oksu, Silakwon, M.K., Info, True, Gual, and Neulppureun –

shared the results of their seven-week workshop through an exhibition.

We hope that the works embracing the neighborhood reach many people

and that more people continue to remember their neighborhoods in the future.
